Last updated: September 2026. By using floatsmith.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
FloatSmith is a free analytics tool for Counter-Strike 2 trade-up contracts. It aggregates publicly available market data, estimates probabilities, expected values and prices, and lets you build, simulate, save, track and share trade-up contracts.
FloatSmith is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Valve Corporation, Steam, or CSFloat. Counter-Strike, CS2, and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. All skin names and images are the property of their respective owners and are displayed from Steam's own content servers for informational purposes.
All prices, probabilities, expected values, ROI figures, float predictions and "verified" markers are estimates derived from public data which can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Markets move constantly. You are solely responsible for any trade-up you perform in-game and for verifying every price yourself before buying or crafting. FloatSmith accepts no responsibility for any loss of items, money, or value.
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, or trading advice. Skin values can go down as well as up.
Signing in uses Steam's official OpenID flow: FloatSmith never sees your password and receives only your public SteamID, persona name and avatar. You are responsible for activity performed while signed in on your device.
Trade-ups you share publicly (title, display name, contract data) are visible to everyone and expire automatically after 7 days. Do not post offensive, misleading, or unlawful content. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion to keep the Service usable.
Do not attack, overload, scrape at scale, or attempt to bypass the rate limits of the Service, and do not use it in violation of Steam's own Subscriber Agreement. The Contributor browser extension only performs requests you or the site explicitly trigger.
The website may show ads served by third-party networks (see the Privacy Policy).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloatSmith and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always at this address. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
